It works, I tested it with the EICAR test, even though it wouldn't be a threat on Linux.

Paste the following line in an extension-less file, for example, just "test". Not "test.txt".

Keep in mind there are two ways to import: through the GUI or via the script that some of these posts mention.

I was actually writing a blog about this but stopped because someone at SW corrected my thought process (I had made some errors in it that needed correcting).

Don’t choose for me. Give me a remember me button that makes it last 24 hours at a minimum. Keep 20 minutes if you want for those that don’t check it.

That's what I thought but they confused me.

When you make a new topic or edit an existing one (first post only), you have the option to add tags to it.

Tags are below the post entry section. If you go back and edit the top post you will see what we are talking about as it seems a mod has added the sodiumsuite tag already.

Currently there is only the one interface for tickets. We do absolutely acknowledge the need for a form of web portal though/email input. This is definitely high on the list of requirements for our ticketing system. We are revamping a good portion of that system though, so likely in that revamp we will be including the web portal as well.

I think it was mentioned somewhere else we are on boarding some developers currently so hopefully we can attack more things at once.
