+HDD should expand when you select it, to show you the USB to boot from.
If not, in BIOS there should be an option to move the USB drive higher up into the device selection screen.

We had a crazy temperature swing 16 this morning it is now 50. Sitting on my porch in a short sleeve and thinking about putting shorts on instead of sweatpants.
I thought you were sledding this weekend?
It hit 62 here today and the little snow we had is all but gone. We went cruising in the Minion-mobile with the sunroof wide open. Great weather today!
I've FTFY you had a major typo.
Why use a delete function, wouldn't rsync automatically remove any files that are not in the source from the target?
From looking this up, other people have had similar issues, where using rsync -a --delete
is effectively not rsyncing the files at all.

Welcome to all the new folks! So many since I last checked this thread, I hope you can all make it to MangoCon this summer (its a blast!).
Trying to persuade the boss to forget SpiceWorld and let me go to MangoCon. Its been difficult thus far.
If your boss understands that marketing is SpiceWorld and MangoCon is actually Technical conference where you get to learn about implementing solutions (along with a minor marketing section) he'd likely be more happy to approve it.
SW is about marketing and drinking. MC is about learning and Drinking.
We have our studio using Windows and 1 Mac.
They insist that the "Mac" is so much better, yet I built a more powerful windows system for less money which is 100% software compatible with Adobe CC suite for less money.
And I have an amazing monitor on this system, because they need the resolution.
And they still complain, so we have a Mac (forget which model but its the one built into the display) and they use that from time to time. Which cost twice as much.

Never been to Florida. Couldn't attest either way.
It's great if you enjoy heat, mosquitoes, gators, crazy people, and meth.
I love crazy people and meth heads, from a distance you can laugh really hard.
Before we go into the legality of tax laws and potential tax evasion; let's start with what state / country are you in? What type of business do you work for currently?
I've received two quotes for new server hardware - one from our local reseller and one directly from Dell. As far as I can tell, the two quotes are identical spec-wise but the local reseller is almost $12k more expensive. Here are the two quotes:
Quote from Dell:
2x Dell PowerEdge R430 servers $6,665.60
TOTAL: $18,662.35
HP Quote from local reseller:
2x HP ProLiant DL360 servers $7,266.00
TOTAL: $30,518.00
Difference: $11,855.65
Is there any reason why I should choose the HP solution over the Dell solution? I will be running vSphere 6 on these servers. I'm not familiar with managing either server line so either way I'll be learning new management tools. When it comes to support I think I trust my local reseller more than Dell but $12k extra is hard to stomach just for that.

So the wind just knocked out power to a UPS that runs our phone system, a XS box, and our network switches.
Wonderful!
So came in to do server maintenance today and found a SMART error on one of my hosts. (I've already put in a warranty claim with xByte) but damn it that sucks when drives die.
.
The array is configured in an OBR10, so I'm not concerned about losing data, so long as the drive arrives in a timely manner.
So I get an email about people not being aware that technology ages and needs to be replaced regularly, and I reply 15 minutes after receiving this email, about how tech needs to be refreshed regularly.
And 5 minutes after that the wind knocks out the power.
XO 5.4 has been released, included improvements are reporting to slack, individual storage repo views, clickable tags and a testable plugin feature ensuring that your plugin actually works.

How about physical RAID with XenServer 7, no issues/complex I guess ?
No issues as long as your hardware is on the HCL.
Same thing applies to ESXi or Hyper-V. If you want to be supported and in a known working condition check the HCL first.

Correction, it's how entitled people pay off student debt. I've paid for all of my student loans by working my ass off and paying off the loan myself.

Updated 12/9 12:29pm EST: According to The Verge Verizon is refusing to pass along the update to Note 7's on itโs network.
Verizon will not be taking part in this update because of the added risk this could pose to Galaxy Note 7 users that do not have another device to switch to.
We will not push a software upgrade that will eliminate the ability for the Note 7 to work as a mobile device in the heart of the holiday travel season. We do not want to make it impossible to contact family, first responders or medical professionals in an emergency situation.
#NoLiability
Cause Getting into a car wreck on the interstate because your GN7 exploded in your pocket while driving 75MPH isn't a big enough risk.....
If the server is new you should contact support.
No point in your troubleshooting the issue, as you want these issues known by your support company so they can fix any issues.
