I also think you may be looking at the wrong file.

In Ubuntu it is located here

      /etc/apt/sources.list

You can also add sources by file here

      /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

He's using Centos, and location was correct. Both distros store config files in slightly different locations.

Non-MongoDB install here. Update went smoothly.

Didn't mongoDB just change their license too, to something so practically insane that using MongoDB for even free and open source projects makes it worthless to consider?

Nope. They just made it only make sense for open source projects.

Yes, they fucked it all up. But as long as everything is open source, it seems to still be ok to use.

Yeah. For open source, it works fine. The physical product is good, but just not the license.

Have to say, we've been testing Atlas, their "paid" service and it is unstable. So even their paid for product, if you pay to make it okay for non-open source projects, isn't viable. Like seriously unstable. We've had more outages in three weeks of testing with Atlas on Amazon AWS, then we've had with our in house MongoDB on Linode in five years!

yum-cron and dnf-automatic do not use postfix or any other MTA. They simply open and send with a direct SMTP connection by default.

@jaredbusch said in FreePBX 14 super slow to update and then reboot:

I did not post a bug report there yet as I have no idea if this is reproducible.

I mean I reverted to the snapshot prior to the update and then did all of this. But I reverted because I had exactly this same problem after the update last night.

But I would expect a system to perform the exact same under this scenario.

That would be good. That ancient firmware on there is pretty silly.

Almost all Ubiquiti equipment come with outdate firmware by 2 or 3 months or more at times.

You have no clue what you are talking about. 2-3 months? Hhhahahaahahahahh

At least on APs from Amazon their firmware is from January the last AP I bought three days ago. Not sure why you doubt that...

Because this is a discussion about EdgeMax hardware not Unifi.

ok, point taken. ER-L came with 1.7.0 last December.

My most recent one, from four weeks ago, was still 1.2.

I've never had an ERL shipped to me with anything other than 1.2

Edit: that is the original firmware btw...

      Got a 1.0 not long ago (ER-48-LITE or 500W, can't remember) 😉

Not sure what my switches came with Probably were 1.0. The GUI totally changed after updating them.

Tagging @scottalanmiller for his experience on the system

I'm in Italy on a connection that goes down every 30 minutes because of a dead router. No way for me to have useful input to the latency of the US hosted system.

      Can't contact the home owner?

And tell them that their Linksys is crap? What'll they do. Fly in from Rome with one?

You should start a revolution on the island with Ubiquiti equipment.

Someone pointed out that they put an update out online for people who can't get online.

Done and sorry ML, the tags field is so obscure (that I always overlook it)

agreed. It would be nice if it was a required field.

@olivier said in Xen Orchestra Upgrading:

@DustinB3403 You need to think globally 😉 Only 1 Premium is enough to not have to convince 7x Starter. And costing 7 times less in support.

You should see Starter as "introductory offer". We'll add services step by step (like Cloud Backup).

Yeah, supporting the SMB's is the killer.

I think perhaps a better plan for SMBs would be, here's the product, some charge - say $500 (pulling a number out of my rear) and with that you get 4 hours of support. Then you can buy support in blocks after that.

The hard thing, you're going up against the likes of Veeam, and because of their size, they don't have to limit it like this.
