Couldnt agree more. I have a hybrid of this; there are cubes and offices. I have my own office, but no ceiling on the office, the walls stop at 7 ft the ceiling is 10ft. Result is i have not had a single second of quiet in 2.5 years. One of the paper pushers here coughs or clears her throat a couple thousand times a day every day.One of my clients has a huge open floor plan in a high rise.
