I didn't have that exact model, but mine was solid. If you tried you could move it, but casual movements wouldn't set it jiggling.
I don't trust leaving it fully elevated, but, as said, it is solid. I can give it minor shakes and it gets still pretty quickly.

Windows update today wiped my Customers user of all of her desktop items in the middle of the day causing her to loose customers.
Now to figure this out -

Have my weekly "IT" meeting. It is more of a, " The CFO asks the only IT person for updates and the CFO looks bored and sleepy during each response" meeting.
