It's been a wow suck it up and figure it out kinda week for me:

1. 5am Monday morning the IT company for the hotel that you can rent projectors, sound etc. from (outsourced contractor for all city hotels and why is AV and sound IT anyway???), get an email that he wont be able to provide stuff for the conference. UMM IT'S 3 WEEKS AWAY!!!!!!!!

2. New Logo that I have been working on getting done for weeks graphic company stopped answering my emails takes me till Wednesday night to get a response. This means T-Shirts aren't ordered, Polo Shirts aren't ordered, Badges aren't designed yet......

3. Now I have to figure out projector or TV and sound stuff. Sound stuff is easy we (aka @art_of_shred) owns a full PA system that includes a digital board for recording everything direct. Projector or TV that is the questions.... look at prices ok TV it is. Call rental places find one close to me plan on running over one day this week to get it all paid for etc. Today (8/25) go over to do it. Store is closing end of month, they have no tvs, and they don't rent like that anyway (umm WTF I called and talked to someone Monday afternoon who said they were a store manager and they could!!!) Now I have to actually purchase one. At least @art_of_shred things it's cool that will have a new TV here

4. Trying to get people to make decisions so that I can finish up making decisions.... sigh.

5. And to top it all off get done in a meeting @Nic let's me know the MangoCon.it site is down

Oh and I am positive that isn't all just too tired and I need a very big drink tonight I think

the way the newer versions of Adobe stuff works. It doesn't make a difference what operating system you are on. If a user can't figure out how to send a file from a Mac then they probably can't from a PC either

Warm days and cool nights. Fall is just about here (no fall colors to speak of yet though).

We are really lucky as my son loves computers (well hardware mostly). But as you can see around here he is semi active and is running our lab setup. Right now it's FreeNas (see post for help).

He is so much farther than the Dr's thought he would ever get. Love proving them wrong.

So after a couple weeks of testing. I found that splitting up my accounts between both Outlook and EmClient has worked the best. EmClient couldn't handle them all either but having both running side by side is working well. I love the contact details portion of EmClient. Very slick and a bit like having a CRM in my email (just basic but it works well).

I'm in the Netherlands and as such mo focus is Dutch localized support for our Church members.
I notice now that I'm struggling to get some e-mail templates changed in Dutch Language ; and I see as well other client GUI text still is in English; is there a way we can help or report those defects or is local localization support a low fruit?

The hotel is only leaving pricing open until June 26th for our conference rate (unless we meet or exceed the reserved block, then it will remain open until the week of). If you haven't made your reservations yet get on it!!

Umm that would be an out right lie. I have kept the mod team super small from day one. Heck Gene is the only Mod other than myself and Scott who I hired to maintain the system.
