Me: Well that is only 3 weeks away and you haven't ordered any of your custom equipment or paid for us to get started on this.

Client: But you sent us this contract 6 months ago why didn't you plan better?

Me: Umm there is an expiration on that of 60 days. Without payment we can't start on a project of this size.

Why oh why do customers think that IT must be magicians in December? Where were you 6 months ago when I spent hours putting that together for you?

So as someone who doesn't/can't drink much help me come up with the official drink of MangoCon:

MangoCon is not your average IT convention. Most conventions are full of sales fluff, and lack valuable training for you to actually use in your day to day job. MangoCon is striving to be your Refreshing IT Convention. At MangoLassi.it we are seeking to be different from all the rest and also be valuable to your very real day to day IT needs.

At MangoCon, each day will be structured to allow for some time to check in with your jobs IT needs as well as give you time to speak to the Sponsor Vendors.

Proposed Agenda Timeline:

8:00am-10:00am

• Two intense training sessions (3 tracks to choose from)

1:00pm-2:00pm:

2:30pm-5:30 pm
• Three Intense Training Sessions (3 tracks to choose from)

5:30pm-6:30pm
• Networking

6:30pm-8pm
• Dinner

8:00pm
• Various snacks
• Entertainment and Networking time with Vendors and fellow IT pro’s

There will be a hands on lab for testing the things you will be taking training on.
Not only do we as IT professionals need more in-depth training, we need more time to learn about the hardware and software we do use and could be using every day. Vendors also need time to show us all that their products can do.

Each day, a key vendor will have the opportunity to give anyone desiring more information about their products the ability to touch, dive in and learn the product.

Every minute of the day is designed to maximize the learning time and networking which also allows IT Pro’s to learn from each other. We have purposely designed a Conference will be an invaluable tool for any IT Pro.

I just saw on Facebook that Kyle and his wife just had a little a little boy Ayden last night around 10pm. However he is 8 weeks early! He was 3.2 pounds! He is breathing on his own but that is all the detail I have at this point.

Nothing with any branch of governmental agency is a 'one time" thing. If they force Apple to do this then it will be used to spy and get what they want in any and all things. We already know that they have spied on the US population for no apparent reason other than they wanted to.

Here is my list of having him feel involved:

• Skype have a helpdesk group in skype where everyone on the team can connect with him and discuss issues and goof around (goofing around is important to feeling included).

• Skype is also great for screen sharing and video conferences

• Skype works between multiple platforms at the same time (cell, tablet and desktop)

• We use Screen Connect and multiple people can connect to one machine so that you can see what the other is seeing and work together (if skype is being a PITA).

• Weekly meeting to go over all the important stuff (just cause a remote employee might be left out of the loop little bits here and there).

Yes we will be recording sessions. They will not be the awesomest recordings this year, due to it being our first one, and I can't afford to hire people. So IPhone are where it's at this year.
