To clear things up a little more. I do not own NTG. NTG is my day job. I love my day job and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. However I really did just see a huge need. Not just for IT Pro's either. The plan is to have many sites. ML is our flagship but I hope to grow this into a major Social Community and Social Marketing Firm. Marketing is my first love (not IT). This gives me a way to get back to it in a small way for now.

The fist event will be semi-local to me. Cause well I am putting it all together and vendors are liking the idea of a NY venue for an event. We actually have a vendor that is semi-local to the Buffalo area. So this is where we start.

This first event will be a learning curve for us here at Mangolassi as it is our first full event to plan and will give us a chance to prove to Vendors they want to be involved with us for the long haul.

I am very happy to announce that today we will be able to officially start having Advertisements from Vendors and Service Providers. Xbyte has been great in helping us get moving on this and giving us some ads to play with.

We hope this will be the first of many so that we can continue to grow the MangoLassi community and provide more value to everyone!

We have officially opened ads to multiple vendors, pricing went out to vendors today! Hopefully you will start seeing a variety of different ads soon. As vendors start taking us up on the offer to advertise, we will be able to offer you the community more! Including faster infrastructure to run the platform on, and a full time REAL community manager!

Writing my first official blog post for my website. It should be up and running soon, well that is if I can get all the content finished. Right now it looks pretty (yes I get to say pretty) but has gobbly gook on it as place holders for real content.

I as in GroveSocial, have a client who is in the beginning stages of their Alpha testing. Would you like a chance to participate?

There are only a few prerequisites:
Windows Machines only, servers are included, VM's are also included
A Skype account (Skype business doesn't seem to work very well here) if you don't have one GroveSocial can give you a temporary one

Stage 1:
4 machines, 20GB HD on each and a minimum 2GB RAM

Stage 2:
10 machines 20GB HD on each and a minimum 2GB RAM

Most of our meals will be at the Hotel and let me tell you the food is good. Even the Gluten Free is good! The Chef and I are working on the menu to include lots of Mango goodness There will be some time to explore some awesome places to eat.
