Honestly the best tools are built into the O365 dashboard. Most reliable and work with less issues than 3rdparty (but are a little harder to use).

I would change the title from home lab to just lab, whether it is hosting with a provider or a server box at home, It is a definite bonus for me to see someone doing that.
Now here's another question...would you let an interviewer see your lab setup? Or would it just become another interview question that you blag your way through.
I do always ask if someone has a home lab, but have never needed to ask to see it. Generally when asked this question a true IT person even without extensive experience gets really excited and animated talking about all they do in their lab.
The conference is now over for me, it ended at 2:30pm pst. I am sad to see it over but can't wait to go home. 2 conferences in 2 weeks is a bit much 
They know how to party hard here but the days are full of VERY valuable technical content. Very little was meant for someone who didn't already know their software.
I am looking for someone to act as my full assistant at SpiceWorld. I really need someone to carry things take notes and answer my phones (yes I have 2 cell phones) keep track of who I talked to and make notes on business cards etc. Oh yeah and carry swag (you can acquire your own but I need you to be a packhorse too). This is a long day like 8am till 2 or 3 am as there is much after party stuff to go to (you would not be able to drink heavily sorry need someone with it to keep track of me). All travel would be paid for along with pay for your time. You would have some freedom to attend a couple sessions (but don't count on it). This person must be 21 years of age. The dates of SpiceWorld are September 23-25th, but I would need you there the 22nd- the 26th.

Great option for a home environment or lab. But for business needs. Nope gonna stick with Xbyte. You can get a 3 year Dell Service warranty (4 hour or next day) for onsite service. That makes me sleep better at night
