@kelly We just use Roll20
We used to use Roll20 with Skype, but the roller for EotE is subpar, and Discord had more functionality overall in one app. The only thing I miss are the maps, but that isn't as necessary with the EotE system since it is more narrative based.
I use Roll20 for the virtual board, but their WebRTC client sucks balls.
Hangouts has worked great for the voice/video, but it is about dead.
What about something like Jitsi Meet (https://meet.jit.si/)? It's free to use on their servers or you can host it yourself.
I have used Jitsi before but not Meet, it says is completely free.
I had it self-hosted and it worked the few times I put any serious load on it. (5 users on at once, I think).

Good luck!

Posting some feature requests for SnipeIT. First one is about managing orders for assets. This may let you attach documents like quotes, invoices etc to a group of assets.

Snow day... So that means catching up on projects. Current project is a new backup storage device. Probably will go with a setup similar to this: https://mangolassi.it/topic/13579/hardware-design-for-sam-dr-small-rackmount-backup-device

Just got done with an interview at MCPC that went well. Time to go install Windows Server 2019 beta in my home lab.... bet you all never thought you'd hear me say that!
