That guide is is saying to set the powershell execution policy to unrestricted for chocolatey. That is flat not accurate, so that would acall into question just how accurate the rest of it is.

I noticed that as well. I skipped that part entirely, and was focusing only on removing the applications that were reported on the previous topic.

Of interest and worth looking at is the "Online installation cannot complete at this time" everything else is likely related to it.
