Lifespans.
I knew someone who died at the age of 40 years. He was very sporty (is that actually a word or is the dictionary kidding me?), used his racing bike to get to work (40km per direction) every day and so on. My great-grandfather on the other hand still smoked cigars and pipe at the age of 90.
So much for "estimated lifespans"

Have you tried the hard shutdown key combo? I think it's Power+Volume Up for 15-20 seconds.

Yup still nada. This is Surface either #4 or #5 in the last month
