What Are You Doing Right Now

I need to do a write up on Zoho's new interface. They have a new "streams" feature that's kind of interesting. You can make posts and tag people in them. From my limited understanding, it's kind of like a Slack or Rocket.Chat system.
If you're posting that publicly, I'd like to see it afterwards if you don't mind

I'll post it on here. I just have to get some time to do it, and to figure it all out haha.

um what? No.
I was referencing adding the accounts as a direct link in the OPEN portion of the app. AKA, being able to click on the OneDrive icon there and go right to your account. I figured this would be the safest way to avoid any sort of local mappings or local files to try and go full on @scottalanmiller "no local files" compliant. AKA no danger from any crypto- type stuff.
I was not thinking of referencing them in the way you showed, by just typing in the address of your SharePoint/ODfB location.
Or am I (as usual) missing what you are trying to say?

We've had kids from around town at the house for like seven hours now. No idea why no one had school or needed to go home today.

I did not type anything. I clicked on the "folder" listed in the open dialog and that is how it came up.

This is what I did...
I added my OneDrive account as one of the folders (icons) on the OPEN section. When I clicked the OneDrive icon, only the folders I had synced to my PC would show up. I could not get to any of the non-synced folders. I disabled OneDrive, and they all showed up.
Have you tried it with a OneDrive account? I wonder if the functionality is different for SharePoint/ODfB?
I had a lot of syncing issues with ODfB, so I do not have it installed.
This kind of gets me where I want to be anyway, with nothing local. But now I am curious.
-
I re-enabled OneDrive (personal) and it's back to the same functionality. It ONLY accesses the locally stored OneDrive files.
-
Ah, so OneDrive you have the issue, but no issue like that with ODfB?

According to @JaredBusch, no, but I have not tried it yet.
UPDATE: I just tried it and ODfB does the exact same thing. I can't see folders that I don't sync locally.
@JaredBusch do you have all your ODfB folders synced locally? If you do, you wouldn't notice what I am noticing. That used to be the ODfB default.
