I made everyone quit using it. Free skype is better still

@GregoryHall's method is what I used to do this exact thing a while back.

Only thing I wasn't able to figure out was how to automatically add the group to people's lists - I ended up writing up some tutorials on how to add groups and which one to add for one of our departments that needed to use S4B.

Yeah, it is ancient and pretty much no one using OpenFire has used it in years.

Don't worry too much. Lync sucks BUT Microsoft is addressing the situation by migrating people over to Skype and merging the two products.

They should have more info about it and announcements if they are telling writers and having them put it in the news as if it is showing up via O365's normal processes. That's very confusing and does nothing to make people happy with the product.

Yes it has been down for a couple hours here. We have all moved over to Skype for company communications because Lync is so flaky anyway. Now this is just one more reason to stay there.
