Sounds delicious! What style of pizza are you making? Thin crust, thick crust, neopolitan, deep-dish etc.

Neapolitan pizzetas, 8oz dough balls, so they're a generous pizza for one. We will be par cooking on my gas grill, then top it and toss on to the stone under the broiler. We picked up the stuff for a margherita or 2 as well.

@scottalanmiller last Saturday we made some grilled slaw with grilled, fresh mango, which went into the citrus dressing. Unbelievably good!

Egg white sandwich with pepper jack cheese on whole grain.

Egg white omelette with colby-Jack, crushed red pepper.

Leftover pinto beans for lunch, straight out of the fridge cold. Still amazing.
