                  Literally just had this happen with @pchiodo looking over my shoulder. Took more than a minute for PS to open on a Windows 10 machine, which seems totally normal.

                              Multiple users, every machine. Gene says he doesn't see it, but it's happening on machines he uses every day using the same accounts.

                                    I remote into various computers daily. and I almost always open powershell as admin to run something. i never wait for it.

                                          I beth that would be great for side scrolling through multi track audio when editing. Or doing video in an NLE.
