24 hour restaurant chain in the US, one of those breakfast any time of day places. Also the butt of many many jokes about waiters/waitresses.

International House of Pancakes. Pretty big here. Not like McDonald's or anything like that. But you see them all over. I've got one walking distance from here.

Hard to describe how professional it is when I get a spam email from the owner of a decent sized software company. Looks like either his email was hacked or he clicked on a link and it's a spam bot.

Waiting for the person to get here and fix our phone system.
Run away from any Samsung iDCS-100 you see! We lost power for long enough to cause everything to shut down over the weekend, the phone system of course doesn't deal well with sudden power loss. The UPS will keep it running for ~3 hours, but it looks like it was out for ~6 hours over the weekend

Oh how I wish. Last time we tested SIP/VOIP it was absolutely horrible
Edit: Yes, our internet connection is that bad, at both physical locations.
