I don't use the call center module either (and am on Elastix 2.4). Do you know if the call center module has its own log, or have you tried tailing the asterisk logs?

I think you mean MBR or GPT. MBR has a 2TB limit. MBR is the older Standard. if it's a modern os there's really no reason not to use GPT.

    This makes absolutely zero sense.

Maybe to you. But most people don't domain join the VM host (espcially if it's not Hyper-v) as both me @scottalanmiller and @GregoryHall said you really want to make sure Domain is redundant if you join the vm host.

If you are running the full server with hyper-v role you can RDP into it to manage no problem without a domain, If you have the hyper-v only server there are just a few powershell commands needed to enable management without a domain via RTAS. There's also free third party tools that can be run remotely or directly on the server.

Best option is still to put a second DC on @MattSpeller 's second VM host.

I push out a similar task like this on one network that forces all machines to reboot at 4am on Mondays. It is amazing how much it improved random issues.

    They sent this update

To further clarify as I believe the meaning may have been lost in my phrasing (I apologize), the error you're receiving on boot indicates that SELinux was for some reason disable improperly (ie. not with the config files -- If the kernel looks for SELinux but it is gone, it will cause kernel or init halts, or even full-blown kernel panics.

Not sure how it would get disabled or changed without using the config files?

Don't forget to force logoffs after an amount of time. Usually Acrobat only goes nuts when its been running for a long long time.

We have it set up to force logoffs, but I'm not so sure it is working like it should(obviously 🙂 ). We have to manual kick users off, quite frequently. Truthfully, I think the terminal servers and the session broker were set up incorrectly. I'm sure a few other things were missed as well. This was set up before I was hired. I really want to tear it down and build it out, correctly.

One thing for sure, you need to disable Secure Boot - which is probably somewhere else in the setup.

Yep. That's what locks out other devices booting.

But this can be solved if the OS you want to install has a cert for UEFI - and Ubuntu does.. so you can install that into the UEFI.

Oh we have clients who do this as well. It usually takes months to get them conditioned to react calmly when they do then we get things done more quickly and efficiently.

Yes, study materials of all sorts are good. Cheating is bad and hurts everyone, not just you personally or your region but it undermines the industry as a whole as well.
