Of course I visited the Lenovo table while at SpiceWorld to get my card punched.... so they called/emailed me afterwards.

I wrote them a nicely composed email indicating that in light of the several points of consumer privacy related issues with their systems, I could never buy or recommend their equipment again.

I was really hoping for some sort of response, but sadly I didn't get one.

I use my Ipad all the time. I can work from it in a pinch.

10.8" device - Dell Venue.

How do you users like this device? are they using a custom app that scales well on a display so small?

Or EHR is designed with a 20+ inch monitor in mind, yet the physicians want to carry around an iPad sided device to access it. The site is not finger/touch friendly in the least. While we do have a single physician using a Surface 3 Pro with our EHR, it's almost exclusively for viewing, not charting.

How do you use it?

I believe that it is. It's definitely much cheaper than Oracle with support.

That's correct, studies show that there is a huge gain in motivation until you hit the "right" amount. After that additional money does little (other than retention) but other factors matter far more. But if you are making way less than other people, you are below that "right" amount in nearly all cases.

Sure, I guess I was giving them to much credit because there are no business class phones or TVs, two places they make a pretty decent product in.

Based on what is said there and what HyperV is.... I would guess that HyperV is not being used at all for the 360 tasks. They probably have a standard emulator, tried and true, just running on top of the One's OS. Nothing more than that. No need for the complications and problems of trying to make HyperV into a PowerPC emulator.
