Yeah when i look at the whole thing like that makes sense 
If $B$12 (which is column B, row 12), then enter value from $C$12 (i.e. the data from column C, row 12),
It keeps checking like this until there is a match, or the end is reached.
Was overwhelmed by all the $ in there

What i need to do is, get column C to output a value based on what B contains. e.g.
IF B contains 18363 output 1909
IF B contains 19043 ouptut 21H1
I've been trying all sorts of IF OR SUM SEARCH COUNT etc, just can't get it working
Backing up daughters minecraft data, before deleting the world's.

This is just for one site. They have several manufacturing sites around all linked via VPN/SDWAN stuff.
Their HO is just old and needs an update (if they get some money) Just wondering what people would do, if you could rip it out and start again.
I have suggested they try and pull some fibre from the cabins to the main server room instead of daisy chaining switches.
