For hardware / chassis management Dell's openmanage enterprise is pretty useful. I'd suggest giving it a look if you've got a big Dell footprint to look after. Yeah I installed and got that running few weeks ago, not gone through the whole thing.
At the moment we only have 5 servers, just need to add our SAN's and a few more servers once I've repurpose them

Found the faulty area on the graphics card.
Just need to find the little smd bugger that's causing the issue

I'll have a look tomorrow, I got one setup but on a single server.
But might help.

Yeah i would still use Velcro just thought that was nice to look at.
Maybe if they had a Velcro version.

You'll get a few different views on this as everyone will have their "preferred" manufacturer of switches.
Like Edgeswitch, Unifi, TP-Link, Netgear etc etc

Personally I've been getting a few TP-Link Jetstream range, they have a central management solution.
But also like Dell for our main infrastructure, only had to phone them maybe 2 times in the last 6 odd years and support and always been quick and polite.

Saw this and thought it was a good idea

Think I've found the fault on the graphics card.
Will have to wait for the weekend now so I can transform my desk into a soldering desk

Most probably a "Recommendation" from the DCS people. Same happened to us, they recommended Cisco for everything. We went Netgear

Not fun no as caps/resistors/mosfets are surface mount, but it's something i'm getting into as a hobby already got a switch and 2 xbox one s to practice on fixing and doing micro soldering.

Can you set the temp? It could be too hot,..

Na it's the station, got a cheap t12 and having issues with the temps. Set it to 400 and if I check. With my multimeter it only show 300.
So under temp so pads are getting hot, also when trying to wik to clean the iron sticks.
