3x Dell R640 and a ......... Dell SC5020 all flash.Management thought Scale solution was "too advanced" to us and we'll stick with what we know.

One good thing, we looked at a few solutions and I got a NFR license of starwinds to use on the old kit to make a test lab from and play with VSAN stuff

Yeah but what if someone wants it warmer or colder than the other room.
Also obviously one side is in charge of the thermostat
