Deleting unneeded partition in windows 10

I have all but one 500 mb partition deleted other than the one i need for the OS to run. Tried using AEOMI partition assistant pro, but the software isn't helping either, also tried just deleting using disk manager, but that didn't work either... any ideas?

I'm not sure about AEOMI, but have you tried using gParted on Linux? I've found that it can see/kill just about any partition.

This shouldn't be system partition causing this, but it could be because of the OEM...

Download DBAN that might kill it.

Yeah, pretty much parted can do anything.
