Looking for a Color Multifunction Printer under $400 that doesn't suck based on reviews. My goodness, the number of promising printers (based on feature set) that have a 30% hate rating is unreal!

Don't use HP, one of our now remote users just "grabbed" an HP MFP we had in an office (didn't ask us of course) and I'm still trying to get scanning to work for them.

Phone hold for 2 hours with t-mobile to activate the sim in my mom’s new phone.
They never answered. An hour in I did a message through the T-Mobile app.
An hour later a rep answered there and got the sim swapped.
Wow. Never seen this type of delay before with T-Mobile.

Yeah, they had warning messages.. but meh i needed a person to do he ICCID swap. mom didn't have anything to pop the SIM. speaker phone and app message queue don't bother me.
