Good luck with that. It would wind up in court - then you'd have to likely burden to prove either they did it themselves, or they paid someone to spam people..

in light of that timing shit last week - you should turn in a time log daily - explaining how much time daily you spend doing different tasks... the question is wither or not to include things like bathroom breaks and water cooler talk, or pad those into one of the other non client billing times, assuming the discussion is in fact non billing.
The whole point being to show that it's your availability that they are paying for, not just the time you are working on billable projects/break-fixes.
