I know them well, but I'm old enough that "And next up from the Ventures...." was still common on the radio.
Me too... I have an old vinyl of the Ventures' Christmas album, it's awesome. And my guitar teacher made me learn how to play a lot of their stuff.

the new Gm bought me and the other techs a lap top; only problem is it has windows 10 home edition and not windows 10 pro - Not a problem for me cause I know how to create a live USB installer for Windows 10 pro - but the other guys doesn't.. Should I help him out or let him figure it out?...

This doesn't allow you to upgrade your version of windows.
You'd only be reinstalling Windows 10 Home. Just like going from Windows 7 home to Windows 10 home.

This doesn't allow you to upgrade your version of windows.

If it's not required - then no, his boss shouldn't have purchased Pro at purchase time.
