gotta love when customers dont know who support their firewalls.
it's great talking on the phone for an hour with a guy just to find out he doesn't have anything to do with the network i'm talking about .

anyone know of an android GPS app that can record/track a trip, allow the insertion of waypoints, display GSP co-ords for the waypoints, and allow embedding of the recorded track into a website???

Trying to make an arrangement of a Claude Debussy piano piece approachable for middle school woodwind and brass players 😛

Good luck! That's ambitious, but will be awesome if they can play it.

My 8th grade band played some awesome peices. I still remember them and can play probably some of them without the sheet music still. [I say probably because I haven't picked up my sax in a while, and it is likely in need of repair.

                          extremely confused right now.
                          Just got this email:

                          Will,

I spoke to /the people who control their firewall/ just now.

They will need the following to allow the update to the processor:

The IP address of the machines
The port(s) needed to unblock and
                          The domain

Isn't the domain set up on their end at that point because it's their firewall?
can someone explain this to me and how i'm supposed to find this?

They need to open a port outbound so that ssl connection can be made to this new processor.

the VAR information I received have 2 SSL URL's and ports. the first one is on port 443, the second is on 5003 ....
From the processor, So I'm just trying to make sure there's nothing blocking it.

So you need to tell the firewall folks, the IP of the processor box, and those two ports need to be open outbound.

                                That should be all.

                                  That's what I thought - but they're asking for a domain, which I don't understand.
