Get to feeling better! You make time for rest this weekend if you sick and running fever and junk. Don't need to be sharing that kinda love with everybody.

I know not all of you work in POS systems.
However, Does anyone have a Tax Verification form you use for your customers to sign off on taxes being correct?
I guess we're running into a lot of issues where we have to continually change taxes and my Bosses boss is getting a little restless -
Your clients don't have business tax id's that you can use to determine the tax rate?

They do, I believe- and we do set the taxes based on what we are told to set them too -
However, My boss wants verification on our end so we can go back and say " we set the taxes and this was correct. "
apparently we have had to (in the past) pay out for the taxes "not collected" because the tax rate was wrong and it took them a year and some change to figure it out , Apparently.
I'm not exactly sure. We got a nasty gram from our bosses boss about how we haven't turned in any information on taxes to him, or how we have to continue to make changes.

If anything that's on the client to correct with the IRS, and pay the amount due, and have you make the adjustments once the rate is determined.
