What Are You Doing Right Now

Had customer call in about seeing guest checks from previous days/weeks for error/needing to print it out for customer etc, and They didnt have access.
Emailed his boss at corporate - and they opened a call last week that was marked as finished and taken care of by another colleague of mine.
well... This is awkward -
Finish up my end and get it all kosher... Talk to my colleague about it and he says " I must have been rushing through it and not paying attention.."
Im not the boss but come on man...

Having some coffee.
Just got off a 45 minute support call. The license for some software on one server went crazy today after a windows update broke it. Snapshot restore didn't fix it.
Also learned I should probably set the backup job to not start if it was missed. The system rebooted and made a new backup after I had restored it to a previous snapshot... and this being Windows Server backup to a network share, it ate my only backup, lol.
Fortunately the vendor was able to get me going again.
Edit: Now working on coffee!

Updating Sonicwall at a Customer and speaking to support regarding a registration issue.

@scottalanmiller Looks like a lot of fun about to start

Just got to work a few minutes ago. Went to start the car at 6:30 this morning and one of my tires was on the ground. I hooked up my electric tire charger and of course the hole in tire was too large for it to hold air. So waited for daylight to change tire and head to discount tire. $300 later, I replaced the two tires, I am at work.
-
@jmoore ouch. Lovely morning, NO?

Did that last week (minus the snow and having to wait for daylight)... Definitely not fun!

Thanks. We were lucky enough to have a little air in the tire, so I juts drove it over, lol. It was time for new tires anyhow.

Well, at least you know it's coming and can plan for it. We were working on it, but now we got all new tires now... We did get the hazard warranty on them... We've had the craziest luck with getting stuff stuck in our tires or to our car.
