What Are You Doing Right Now

Downloading Crystal Reports from the SAP download site, and it's going marginly faster than dial up speed...
Bouncing between 10KB/s and 20KB/s. Sometimes up to 30KB/s for a moment
Need 1x deck chair, 1x large Esky and 1x carton of beer. This will take a while. -
Beating my head on this damn ERL issue again.
Thinking it is an MTU issue, but after limiting MTU, things still do not work right.
-
Playing around with a server, trying not to have brain overload at midnight!
-
At Unitrends all day today! Get to talk to pretty much everyone when I am here!
-
Found the latency issue I think... The Meraki's CPU was pegged from the Security and IDS filtering it was doing. Meraki support is trying to figure out why.
-
Just got home from new work..
My day goes fine lols -

Isn't that the MO of all Cisco products?

Because that's how Cisco products normally work. Should not surprise them.

Hi @Minion-Queen, I used a hardware solution from Unitrends at my old job and really liked. I've been thinking about looking into them for my current job, but haven't been keeping up with them. What are your thoughts? What connection do you have with Unitrends?

Meraki's site is using joomla? Kinda surprised that a site that should have the skills to hand program is using a CMS.

Suffering a near terminal case of the Mondays. There is an insufficient quantity of coffee and an over abundance of stupidity here.

You can test out UEB for free. There's a spiceworks version as well as a FreeESXI/Hyper-v version.
Main issues are sometimes incremental forever will fail, which we don't know why.. as we don't know exactly how it works (as it's a trade secret)
Interface is still flash based.
It doesn't support Flexible schedules or missed schedules if a endpoint was offline at the normal time. No biggy for most servers but could be an issue if you have a client OS (rather than just servers) backedup via it. or a remote site that goes offline sometimes.
