I used to cover overnight on calls for the bank all the time. Loved it, got to chill a lot and rarely got called.

Late 2nd, early 3rd shift was like this... Supporting Engineers travelling on the west coast, Japan, and plants running the maintenance shift.. Production weekends were a bit of gaming sometimes with very little to do... was 'free money'..

Had a 4 hour Spectrum (Charter) outage in Cape Girardeau, MO today.
