This was actually my first ever health screening, it was optional.
So whatever and I get some benefit (money or reduced cost) honestly don't know. But being aware of my health stats can't hurt.
nothing wrong with that. I get kicked once a year by my GP - and they run a nice battery of stuff, I think the last time I was in - they drew something on the order of 6-8 vials...

Same. I'm functional at the moment, though that may change after lunch... Running off of 4 hours of sleep and waiting for sugar rush to kick in

Today's gem.
Ticket description:
Hi:
Just within the past 2 weeks, folks are saying some, but not all, of their [E-mails from us] are going to SPAM. I heard from a couple [client locations] but more importantly, everyone at [another client] is complaining about it. I asked some of them to send me a few of the messages that have gone to SPAM, and I have attached them below.
I have a hunch that the fact our mailing service has had an IP address change is likely contributing, but I enjoy knowing some folks believe I am powerful enough to dictate how someone's mail server filters our messages.

I get these kinds of messages all the time. It's as if I set our server to mark outgoing email as spam.

I wish I could make a vultr VM that will make a phone appear in our conference room with an up to date firmware.
