Continuing down the rabbit-hole of documentation. It needs to be done, so I figure the present is the best time. Also, it'll give our devs some clue as to how to do tasks when I'm at MangoCon next week.

I suppose this is one of the nice things about developing software for IT pros. Every time so far someone has reported a bug, I can rely on the fact that it's actually a real issue that I need to address.

I suppose this is one of the nice things about developing software for IT pros. Every time so far someone has reported a bug, I can rely on the fact that it's actually a real issue that I need to address.

And your potential customers are some what competent enough to get you the information that you need. Error #, logs, behavior, etc.
