Has anyone tried Pydio before? It looks interesting.
I have a Pydio server running off a Vultr storage-optimized VPS as a personal fileserver.
It's been running without compaint for about 6 months now... Works well, looks nice, and I appreciate how I can use their free iOS app to access whatever I have stored on my site. OwnCloud's app, on the other hand, is $.99 which isn't huge but creates a paywall if you want to deploy it on a scale beyond yourself or a few people.
Pydio was my recommendation over OwnCloud for a while, but now I think I prefer OwnCloud ever-so-slightly after giving it another chance. I would say whichever one you prefer in terms of features/interface will get the job done.

Packing my new computer to return because somebody though this was a good way to pack the pc for shipment...
-
They sprayed insulation into the INSIDE of the PC?
-
@scottalanmiller They put a big that expanded inside to protect the polyglass window during shipping, but the graphics card ripped the bag open while it was expanding (my theory)... so pissed right now.
-
What vendor was that from?
-
I bought it through best buy, but it was a ibuypower pc.
-
@brianlittlejohn That would make me want to go all purple-shirted-eye-stabber on them.
Looks like they forgot to secure your hard drives. PC probably wouldn't have booted anyway. -
@nadnerB That didn't happen either...im giving them one more shot before i just get a refund.

I'm migrating all my iPhone videos to OneDrive.
Cloud, baby!

Updating Origin.
I always feel bad for using it. -
Good morning. Happy feels like a Friday to everyone here in the states! Tomorrow we all have the day off for Thanksgiving and most everyone has Friday off too!
-
Even for those of us not in the States, since so many people in the States are off it feels like a holiday here too.
-
hahaha...
We'll protect the plexiglass by putting this expanding foam inside of the computer.....
hahaha....

So this morning some of the trunk ports on one of our cisco nexus switches decided to change themselves to access ports then 10sec later change back to trunks. Even though they are all manually set to trunk mode. Thanks Cisco.

I always feel bad for using it.Why? Advertisers and websites brought it upon themselves. I do fully understand the need to make money, but unlike other mediums that we users get ads through we have to pay for our bandwidth.
In light of this, I can sorta (though I'm still not on the ISP companies side) see where the ISPs are coming from with things like Netflix.

Just discovered the "Select a Skin" option in my profile.
Darkly is my current favourite.Since your mention,.. I have been trying to find one that I like. Some have a different placement of the 'Settings' button. Seems to float in different places depending on the skin selected.
