I'm in New York, again, back in what is as much my bed as any other bed in the world.

Welcome back to El Norte.

Fallout 4 released on the east coast 18 minutes ago and I just saw the first person in my Steam group pop up as playing it. That was a fast download.
-
We fed that cat and a few hours ago it took off. Now we will see if it decides to return in the morning again.
-
@nadnerB that sounds horrible
-
The cat was gone this morning. It is after seven now and still no cat. Looks like he decided to go home.
-
Is that a good or bad thing?
-
It's good, although we liked having a cat, he was a point of interest in the house. He was just a baby, though, and sometimes we could hear his mother calling him from another building. We gave him a big meal last night and he stayed for a while, probably to sleep, after eating it but by this morning he was gone.

Steam allowed pre-loading which help a lot. I'm going to wait a while before buying this it looks good but that's a lot of money to spend.
-
@mike-Ralston went to bed early and got up at midnight to play it (he had pre-loaded it as well). I think he was up till like 5am.

I'd like to play it,.. but just don't have the patience for it.. that, and the game, and the skill and the time....

If it is like other Fallouts, you turn the level to easy and it is a story telling exercise not a test of skill.
