What Are You Doing Right Now

It's getting rough to do updates without impacting loads of people, even our "slow" moments have nearly 400 active user connections!

OKay guys, DB is backed up, app is backed up. We are going down. This might be like ten minutes. Testing on other, much smaller forums, took several minutes as there are extensive database updates to be done post by post.

Need? no... Suggested... likely..
Finished off Gundam UC and starting to work on the weekly fun. Laundry,.. dishes,.. and such. Was gone for a week, and with games and such there was little food needed or consumed. so - making list to fetch at the grocery.
It was 35 degrees F this morning. Going to wait and mow the yard - likely for the last time... which means preparing engines for storage.. and service.

I prefer this, it allows us to all wind down at the same time and makes our long, quiet, relaxed bedtime reading time put both them and me to sleep. Rather than me spending all of that time getting them ready for bed, then having to rev back up myself to do things before going to bed.

That's what I try to avoid. If I'm going to watch something, ideally I want to watch it with the kids. Family time stuff. Otherwise, I attempt to convince myself not to watch too much.
