Because of the unseasonably warm winter, everything here is blooming far too early. Cherry trees started last week, those usually bloom in March. I'm sure we will have one more hard freeze, so I hope we have some flowers left for actual spring.
A friend of mine is dealing with an ant infestation in his basement brought on by the warmer than typical weather here.
I got bitten by a mosquito in January. These are the end days.

I like straight up regular potato vodka. It's spicy and tangy - makes the best martinis.
Go bite into a raw potato if you've never done it before. They really do have a bit of a bite to them. Delicious.

I eat raw potatoes right out of the ground! Wipe off the dirt on your pants and have at it. They're tasty when they're fresh!

Maybe I've bitten the wrong variety of potato. What I've had of raw potatoes does not align with your experience.

For the second time in a week, a light fixture fell off of the wall in a room that no one was in and shattered all over the place. Not the bulb, a glass fixture.
