        Did I read this right.... he bought 600TB of storage to build a SAN, with only 6GB of RAM for all of it, and didn't even know how he was going to use it before buying it? Now this is what being rich looks like.

                    We got hammered it was snowing 4-5 inches an hour for a few hours this weekend. Going to make for some nice riding this coming weekend.

                      Trying to explain to a customer that lowering his internet speed to save a few bucks, normally just isn't worth it. He has no onsite services at all. Everything is cloud based. sigh

                            Latter on it is cleared up that he is looking to add 96TB into an existing 500TB of SANs (3 current ones), we don't know what the existing storage is running on.

                              it's running on Storage Spaces Direct.....

                                          Nah, you mix the first two, and pour out half into another cup. Then you pour in half whiskey into the now half full cup.
