Was not my first choice, but things fell out that way. Had to do a bunch of ceiling repair from a wall removal and mudding and sanding were delayed.
Then also scheduling the contractor for the gas line work and such. is just played out that way.

This is going on at my parent's Florida house. It is positioned a few hundred yards from the beach.
