Looks almost like a bloody mary with some kind of rocksalt on the side. And the giant sausage.

It's tomato and clam juice with gin and a splash of whisky. Extra spicy. Garnish with pickled vegtables, cheese, cured meat. Rim is Montreal Steak Spice haha.

So... basically what I'm getting from this is it is a lot of sodium?

@coliver It's not that bad, and the best part of a real authentic Canadian Caesar is making your own! The only real essential ingredients are hard alcohol and Clamato juice.
Some things I've seen in/on/above them include:
- more strips of bacon than liquid
- pickled eggs
- herring
- BBQ sauce
- fried chicken
- hamburgers
- onion rings
