Does anyone like Objective-C? So outdated and painful.

I suspect that this will have only very temporary effects.
I'm new to Tizen. Had to look it up. Appears to be an Android competitor built also on Linux. But this one made by the Linux Foundation itself.
My guess is that drugs played a bigger role.

Sure. Brownfield would be extremely hard to justify a move
But assuming a greenfield scenario where you are starting from scratch. Still very hard to get enough extra sales from SF vs vTiger.
