With the changes to WSUS and Windows 10 updates how are you managing them from a MSP or maintenance standpoint? I have 40 faculty and staff and would like to still control the updates that get applied until we test in our environment.

Got it. Not available yet for gmail for business.

Took the day and went fishing. Caught 4 Northern pike, none of keeper size. Got home and made a pepper jack/Roast beef grilled cheese sandwich.

I think you need a certain amount of posts under your belt before you can do that. I remember reading it somewhere...let me see if I can find it.

I normally go through GoDaddy but is there a better option?

As long as this thread is here (unless of course I need to create a new thread), we are using ZeroTier for SDN, I'd assume that we would still need a VPN and if so, what would you guys recommend?

We have a few tinfoil hat people here who don't do anything on their computer but teach. Although, I'd imagine searching for things related to teaching happens quite a bit.

I converted two Lenovo X Yogas to run CloudReady for the girls as their schools both use Google for EDU. Saved me $500. Now I have parents asking if I have anymore of the Yogas.

So, combining the Cloudflare DNS and the pi-hole filter is basically like having a firewall with content filtering?

If so, I just upgraded 2 of my Raspberry Pi's here at work. Might have a new project for home with one of the older R-Pis now.

I have been having this issue with MySQL on our main website where out of the blue MySQL services stop. I get this error on the page:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) in /var/www/wls.wels.net/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1568

And usually if I restart the services all is good for about a week. Now it doesn't even take 2-3 minutes before the services stop again.

I have run through some things that I found on searches but nothing has fixed the issue so far. I am not a linux/MySQL guru by any means and any kick in a better direction would be greatly appreciated.
