@Dashrender Well that is to be expected...always some sort of weird Outlook stuff like that. I've had this issue in the past, good to know about the single click vs double click for this issue. Hopefully Outlook 2016 will address this, but not holding my breath!

RE: Zen Desk
I use Zen Desk exclusively but have never used the support ticketing in Spiceworks. I presume that you are only comparing the ticketing portion?

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
@thecreativeone91
no, no, no....from this post: "Hmm. The NAS I bought used on Ebay came with Harddrives and still has it's Ntiva MSP Asset tag on it. Maybe I should see how good they are wiping these things. haha. Just kidding. Not even worth my time."
The Ntiva website is the one I was mentioned.

Can't you set the default account when you have two accounts listed?
Though I'm guessing the reply by default just uses the account the email was received on.
The reply to email is an email address that is provided by Zendesk which cannot be used in Outlook as an account email.

RE: Outlook 2013 and Delivery Options
Pretty much...I try to send all replies to Zendesk, my support ticket platform, but sometimes I click send too fast!

RE: Outlook 2013 and Delivery Options
sorry, to be clear, I know where that is...and I have to remember to go there each time I send an email. I am looking to set it one time or have a nag to change it before sending an email.

Outlook 2013 and Delivery Options
If you compose an email in Outlook 2013 you can click on Options and change the Delivery Options to say Have replies sent to "insert email address" manually.
I would like to know how to change the default to something else. Is this possible?

RE: Magnetic Personality?
Yep...seen it too..,.a client with the same issue, finally has a PC that has lasted longer because it sits further way from the user and she doesn't need to touch it often.

RE: Panda AV is having a bad day
@Hubtech did you know they are replacing Vipre with Bit Defender?

RE: I am getting a new keyboard today
I need a replacement for my Logitech Cordless Desktop Pro, which is a split keyboard. I can't wait for your review.
I can type faster on a split keyboard and type longer without my hands cramping up, so I am interested in what you think of the product. I not sold on the separate num pad.

RE: Time Keeping, Billing and Payments
I still enjoy using RepairShopr. It does inventory, ticketing/documentation, estimates and invoicing and works with QB if you want. I even have the plugin for MaxNow.

RE: My Next Thing to Learn: Email Hosting
@Aaron-Studer well...that's differnet. I like roundcube which is one of the packages that cPanel offers.

RE: My Next Thing to Learn: Email Hosting
As someone who has dealt with Ensim and cPanel email/web hosting since 2003, I am DONE with hosting email. New clients will be asked to choose from O365 or Google Apps.

RE: Disk2vhd and VirtualBox woes
@scottalanmiller Ah ha...finally I figured it out...I couldn't connect to a virtual switch because I hadn't created one yet.
I found this tutorial on Hyper-V, http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2087-hyper-v-virtualization-setup-use-windows-10-a.html
Part Three explains how to create a virtual switch.
Part Five explains that Vista (and earlier) VMs have to be created as a legacy Windows VM. Which means having to "add hardware" in the VM settings and choose Legacy Network Adapter.
And finally I was also able to enable quest services via Integration Services under the Management tab.

RE: Onboard Soundcard Vs. HDMI Audio On Video Card
So you have the exact opposite of what I had going on! Asus support said to return the PC...pfft.

RE: Onboard Soundcard Vs. HDMI Audio On Video Card
@garak0410 I had the same issue and had to remove HMDI from the monitors and use VGA and 3.5 jack for sound.
Post about it here: http://mangolassi.it/topic/3048/dvi-to-hdmi-equals-no-sound/8

Just got Windows 10 installed on an old HP ProBook 6555b dual core AMD Phenom II laptop with 4GB of RAM. So far it is working like a champ!
I just installed it on a IBM X41 ThinkPad. Intel Pentium M 758 / 1.5 GHz and 1.5GB RAM. It actually performs better than it did with the Windows 8 RC. Not speedy, but works for testing user issues on websites.
I plan on trying out MAX RemoteManagements TakeControl to see if it's fast enough for remote work.
