    • ManageEngine: Ondemand - Print ticket

      Plenty to learn with moving to ManageEngine.

      In HESK I would print the ticket request and use it to make notes, then when I returned add that information to the ticket.

      I don't see that option, and searching the User Guide and forum I don't see references to it.

      Curious if it's possible.

      My guess is that the bearings in the fan are gone. But again, that is just a guess. I don't know how difficult it would be to case it and swap fans, at least as a test. Only other 'moving part' would be they hard drive.

      Included is $99.00 for the drive they would put the data on,.. but still - I don't know how that really compares. It appears though that they may opt out of the recovery. Will have to see.

      Hi George & Abbey Jacobsen!
      Thanks for your $100 donation to ....

      Thing is,.. That's NOT me,.. and I DIDN'T make a donation..

      Frustrating.. don't known anything about them,... do you unsubscribe..or just delete it. I've checked my account - no transactions have hit me.

      Not to see if I can configure this out since we have 'TWO' sides to incorporate. Facilities type work, and the IT work....

    • RE: Drive Recovery: Recommendations

      Finally got the report

      Good files: 18,293
      Good bytes: 8.10 GB
      Repairable files: 55
      Repairable bytes: 9.41 MB
      Partial files: 3,860
      Partial bytes: 24.95 GB

      Anything below good is unlikely to be recovered. Just about $1500 for it and the recovery drive.

      Now to see if they want to go this route.

    • RE: Office 365 Account changes

      @scottalanmiller
      So it might fall under the DUH! factor...

      Working from two different spread sheets to keep track of those I have migrated and the password/login information used for the script.

      I was using the NEW userid old password. ASTONE doesn't exist on the old system.. it's CFN1... Needed that.

      Thus far, the script is running and no errors. I do have one account that WAS syncing that is now reporting an error. I can still log into it with the listed password..

      Bone head error...

    • RE: Office 365 Account changes

      @scottalanmiller

      I want to say it is because I am changing the username. Previous email address was CNF1 and now it's ASTONE.

      However I have success on moving KAREN to K(lastname).. So it can't be that so to speak.

      This is the error:

      • Error: AuthenticationErrorException: We had trouble signing in to this account. Please confirm that you‎'re using the correct user name and password.

    • Office 365 Account changes

      The old email 'system' (pop / imap) was all over the place with naming. Complete name, first name last inital, first initial last name...

      I standardize using firstinitial last name - standard AD format. So I have some errors on syncing even though I have both the old and the new standard.

      Passwords are confirmed (I forced them)..

      I've checked .. looking for some thoughts on what to look for.
