Well look at it this way. Skype is used more and more in a business environment, which means users get their hands on it. The kind where 'minimize it' may not always mean minimize, or they need to get to the desktop and everything in the way is a target. Enabling it by default helps keep them out of our hair with why they arent getting communication from their coworkers, and since it can be disabled by us who notice, I don't really see a problem, personally.

@Dashrender This is partially hypothetical as I do not have the ability to test this anywhere right now, but in freepbx you can set a max callers limit on a queue. I THINK once that max caller limit is reached it will hit the failover destination, which you can set as another queue or ring group that is your secondary set of people set to answer phones.

Does this sound sufficient for option 1?

I've done my fair share of Auto attendants. And a lot of PBX in general. What's going on?

I have been through many adventures and journeys when it comes to taking notes. I have used everything from a golf pencil and a memo pad to a full notebook with a gel ink pen to OneNote on the computer, and I guess it really depends on how prepared you are and how many notes you need to take.

I used to use pen and paper all of the time. In fact, I still carry around a memo pad and a pen with me everywhere. Since I've been taking notes more at my desk, I've been conforming to using OneNote. I also carry a Venue 8 pro tablet around with me with a bluetooth keyboard while on travel so that I can take the appropriate notes there when I am at a client's building or just working remotely. I have that linked into my OneNote notebooks as well and can seamlessly add notes where needed. So far this is working quite well for me because my handwriting is terrible and I can type faster than write, so I can record more information.

I do still have at least five types of paper to write on on my desk though.

That L3 call has now been upped to a full scale management call with the VP of sales at said provider and key figures at the client. 8-10 big hitters in a single audio conference room... This may get interesting.

Waiting on a call from SIP trunk provider for L3 support and might be jumping into another meeting with management about a prospective client because the provider should've called two hours ago.

I can dig it.
