Been a while, and now it is a different project. This time for a customer. But we have MailCow up and running now and behind an Nginx proxy in a datacenter. Working great so far.

Did you have any issues using Nginx at all to start with?

Once taken over, they could possibly start charging a small fee for membership to include the help desk and monitoring products. A buy out company normally looks at ways of increasing profits.

I've used freshdesk in the past and found it slightly nicer to use then spiceworks which I used before that.

Downtime was quite minimal, I don't think HA is even worth thinking about for ML as of yet.
