Skype For Business - Availability Popup

Is there a way to disable the "Availability" Pop-up that occurs constantly as people come back from DND or Away?
I'm seeing options for DND alert options, but no way to actual stop the "Available" pop up that occurs in the bottom right hand corner of the monitor.
Has anyone else see this?

I found this setting, but it's per user.
Under the Contacts and then Status Menu if you right click and uncheck "Tag for Status Change Alerts" it corrects the problem.
