I heard my wife go outside and then found her playing Pokemon in the middle of a field.

She was trying to catch another one.

Helping my sister in law play through the final episode of The Walking Dead: Season One.
-
Somebody should photoshop a bunch of Pokemon in that picture, lol.

I would but I'm feeling particularly lazy today.

@DustinB3403 You and me both.

Walking Dead: 400 days

Stellaris has been exceptionally good
Ditto Men of War: Assault Squad 2
The first gave me everything I wanted from Masters of Orion 3 without the micro-managing
MoWAS2 is everything I liked about the first one with better graphics and a whole heaping steaming pile of bugs fixed.

That is good to hear regarding Stellaris. I was kind of uncertain due to some Steam reviews.

Command & Conquer Generals & Zero Hour
I thought it was harder. Played through 90% of the original game in a few hours, probably because you just know all the maps and the "AI's" scripted behaviour.
Will start Zero Hour once more in a few days. -
Several games actually.
- Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
- KOTOR 2
....
to name two

Had a go at that pokemon thing, not that great. Admittedly, I have an iPad to use it on, not a phone (only have Windows Phones) and no SIM card for the iPad.
I have had several issues with it.
- Can't start again. You mess up the start, you're stuffed
- It keeps asking me to connect to my Google account, possibly because I removed it in an attempt to start again.
- There isn't a helpful "WTF does this mean?" FAQ in the app/helpful tutorial
- To get going, it took me a reinstall, an hour or more of button bashing (settings, map poking etc), heaps of Googling and a bunch of: I still have almost no idea what I'm doing.
Also there's apparently server issues in Au (haven't tried this morning), so currently my score for the game is 3/10.
Positives:- It loads
- I am not 100% lost on what to do
- I can put it down.

They're just having server issues period. Don't think anyone thought it would be so popular so quickly.

Nostalgia... the unexpected assassin of bandwidth and servers
-
I've caught two Pokemon so far but haven't been able to walk around my town to see if there is a store.
-
Family is reporting a lot of server issues here in the US.
-
It's been hit and miss. I generally can reliably get on at 2-4 in the morning.

Well, this is a bit concerning. (regarding iOS version)
https://techcrunch.com/2016/07/11/pokemon-go-shouldnt-have-full-access-to-your-gmail-docs-and-google-account-but-it-does/?When you use Google to sign into Pokémon Go, as so many of you have already, the popular game for some reason grants itself (for some iOS users, anyway) the highest possible level of access to your Google account, meaning it can read your email, location history… pretty much everything.
Google describes it thusly:
When you grant full account access, the application can see and modify nearly all information in your Google Account (but it can’t change your password, delete your account, or pay with Google Wallet on your behalf).
This “Full account access” privilege should only be granted to applications you fully trust, and which are installed on your personal computer, phone, or tablet.I think I'll be killing my account and using a Trainer account (? I think that's what their called)
