I know the idea behind the power bank is that it will store power when utility fees are the least expensive and distribute it when it is the most expensive. So there are savings in that regard. Although I don't believe our providers here do that type of thing.

                                          Off-hour rates are generally lower. I checked and I do have off-hour rates on my bill.
