Perth's first adults-only burger comes with a legal waiver that precludes diners with a pre-existing stomach or heart condition – and insists you have someone drive you home.

The Canning Vale owner of the American-style Johnny's Burger Joint holds a monthly eating challenge where contenders with fire-resistant stomachs can take on the seemingly innocent-looking double cheese burger that packs a wallop so serious it could put the unwary in hospital.

"One man finished it, but he left with the shakes and shivers and had to take the next day off work," Mr Wong said.I'm in!
Oh yeah, hotter the better. If my hot sauce isn't blinding the person next to me, it'd too mild. One thing I miss about not being in the US is Taco Bell fire sauce, I'd put about 5 or 6 on a soft taco, oh man... I'd try for more but then it's just messy, but a beef burrito, you can do way more. That's not the hottest, I'm just saying it's something I miss They did have, last time, some kind of other hotter type, but they didn't have it the last time I went before I left again, that sucked.
I'm the weirdo who goes into a restaurant with a bottle of hot sauce in my pocket. And I like your standard of "blinding the person next to me". I do that quite often. In fact, I should be meeting up with a buddy from Chicago at lunch to get some of his sauce (he's intown for a music fest this weekend).
I used to have these tiny bottles of tabasco I got from American MREs which were given to us in Bosnia, which I consider the only real non-weapon benefit I gained from service. I used to take those everywhere and put them on everything. Unfortunately after they ran out it'd be a couple more years before I made my way to America and say they had big bottles of it, I was blown away, and then hotter stuff. Whaaaaaaaaat.

"The secret sauce contains two chilis with a combined heat of some 3.5 million Scoville units, an internationally recognised measure of spicy heat."
Nope, no thank you - I leave this one to the experts.
-
Isn't there a flashbang sauce that ranks in the 3.5 million Scoville units?

I'm reasonably confident that you can buy pure capsaicin

How is that even eatable? At what point does it stop tasting like food and just taste like burning?

Somewhere around habaneros for me. I like a nice smoky heat but I'm not down with the burning and sweating.
Little old grandmother from southern India lit my world on fire with a goat vindaloo that you could have used to strip chrome off a bumper.

I love heat... but I can't stand smokey heat. It just tastes like hot wood chips to me.
Scorpion pepper sauce is pretty good one of my colleagues makes their own and it has the heat without tasting like wood.

I hear that, I hear that, my grandmother somehow managed to make already-spicy traditional Hungarian food even spicier (she was an ethnic Hungarian).

If I want a mild sauce, it's Frank's Red Hot for me.

My favourite flavouring sauce is Datil Do It Devil Drops. Datil peppers are my all time favourite.
-
Tabasco sauce is my go to.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-36394819I went to Thailand once with an aunt, she was going for some business reason I don't recall, anyway, it was neat to see a country that was such a dump it made 90s Bosnia look really nice by comparison; I seriously thought that at the time, and my attitude hasn't changed. India is worse.
